Zbros watches, like all traditional analog watches, are not particularly suitable for wearing while playing sports, particularly if the latter involves physical contact or hitting the wrist (e.g., golf or tennis), so keep it in your duffel bag while playing sports.

Generally, water and a neutral detergent are enough, making sure that the crown is screwed down tightly, but there are various products on the market dedicated to cleaning different materials.
