What payment methods can I use on Zbros?
We want the purchase of your favorite Zbros items to be comfortable and fast, and for this we accept the following payment methods:
- Credit card. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro through the same payment gateway as Amazon and Google (Stripe)
To purchase with a card, select the "Credit Card" payment method. At this point enter your data and complete the order by clicking on Place Order. Your data will only be used to complete your order through the same payment gateway used by Google and Amazon. You will be able to pay with the same peace of mind you feel paying on Amazon but directly on Zbros!
- PayPal
To purchase with PayPal, select the payment method and click on "PayPal" or "Continue to PayPal". At this point you will be redirected to the PayPal page to proceed with the payment through your PayPal account.
If you don't have a PayPal account, you can always complete the payment procedure with a card directly on the PayPal portal by choosing the "Pay with a card" option.
PayPal Pay in 3 installments is a feature that allows you to split your purchase into three payments, with the first payment due at the time of purchase and the next two payments made each month on the same date.
- iDEAL
To purchase with iDEAL, you must select the payment method. You will now be able to send an online transfer directly from your bank account.
- giropay
giropay is the common online payment procedure of German banks and savings banks. To buy with giropay, you must select the payment method. You will now be able to send an online wire transfer directly from your bank account.
- Apple Pay
If you are consulting our site with an Apple device, you can also buy from our store with Apple Pay.
- Google Pay
On our site you can pay with your Google Pay account!
Shipments
Delivery times will vary according to the type of shipment.
- Home delivery
Standard home delivery is free worldwide, no matter where you are, we come to you. Shipping is guaranteed at no extra cost.
As soon as we have shipped the package, we will send you an email containing the tracking information of your package, from which you can check the status of your shipment. Delivery times are estimated at 2-4 working days. We are always committed to shipping your order within 24 hours, further delays are caused by the carrier.
During the sales period, delivery times may be extended. However, we are committed to getting you your order as quickly as possible. You will be able to check the status of your shipment from the tracking email you will receive when the shipment has been entrusted to the carrier.
In some periods or under certain conditions, shipping is offered by Zbros, you can see the shipping cost by going to the checkout and entering your shipping address.
Exchange and Return
You can request the return of your item within 14 days of receiving your package. Below you will find the conditions and instructions for requesting a return.
- Conditions
If you are not satisfied with the item purchased on zbroswatches.com, you have 14 days from receipt of the package to return it (fill in the form) and receive a "Purchase Voucher" or a "Refund" in return. It's that easy!
You will be able to complete the return procedure only if your order is suitable. The Purchase Voucher/Refund will be paid as soon as we have received the goods and verified their integrity.
The return shipping costs will be charged to the customer. The Purchase Voucher/Refund will be equal to the total costs incurred for the purchase.

The products must be returned in their original packaging in their entirety, including all accessories present in the package. (The customer is responsible if the products are damaged due to inadequate packaging).

The return is approved and determined by the following conditions:
1. the product must be returned intact and in the same condition it was in at the time of purchase;
2. the label cannot be detached from the product or damaged, under penalty of invalidity of the return;
3. Damaged or dirty product cannot be returned.
Returns will not be accepted:
1. without justification;
2. sent to the store without completing the appropriate form.
You can choose the return methods:
1. Purchase Voucher, you can use it to purchase the same product or any other product in the catalogue;
2. Refund, you will be refunded the entire amount spent during the purchase process.

Instructions
Click the "Request Return" button. Fill out the form and start the procedure to request the return of your purchase, on the form you will be asked to select "Purchase Voucher" or "Refund". You will also be asked for your order number and item to return.
As soon as the procedure is completed, you will receive an email with instructions for sending your return. You will have to book the shipment in complete autonomy.
